NORDIC WALK - an addition to the Summer Games under the current Walking Event. It will one of the sanctioned events at Ontario Senior Games - Actifest 2010 in Oshawa this coming August . Nordic walkers use more of their entire body than regular walkers. It involves using specialized poles designed to push off the ground.
