NORDIC WALK - an addition to the Summer Games under the current Walking Event. It will one of the sanctioned events at Ontario Senior Games - Actifest 2010 in Oshawa this coming August . Nordic walkers use more of their entire body than regular walkers. It involves using specialized poles designed to push off the ground. CYCLING - an addition to the Summer Games. This event is a sanctioned event for the Districts but at this time is not slated to be included in Actifest until 2012. Check out your District to see if they are holding events in their local games in 2010 and 2011.
