Thanks to the hard work and efforts of a committee made up of representatives from the three districts, plans were started. The committee decided to host seven games during the day long event. The selected included Euchre, Cribbage, 5 Pin Bowling, Darts, 18 Hole golf, Progressive Bridge, & 4 Handed Bid Euchre. The gold and silver winners from the three district’s sanctioned games would have the opportunity to compete against the other districts.

The events resulted in having over 136 participants register to compete. Following a day of fun and physical activity the participants were invited to attend a closing banquet held once again at the Beckett Centre in the Howard Sherman Auditorium. In attendance was our special guest Scott Van Trigt, Provincial Coordinator from OSGA along with all the game coordinators. Following the meal each Gold medal winner was announced and presented with a certificate of merit.

A great time was had by all.  Everyone is looking forward to the next regional games in 2011.
