The Chatham-Kent Senior Games are a great opportunity for adults ages 55 and over to participate in several different events, like curling,volleyball,10 Pin Bowling and a variety of card activities on both a local and provincial level. The Games are held at various senior centres throughout the Municipality of Chatham-Kent and are a great way to remain active and healthy and meet people with similar interests.
